Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, no stains, scents, or damage).
• You must request your return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, please email us at info@neverland-boutique.store
• Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

Exchanges

• Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem — just email us at info@neverland-boutique.store with your order number and request.
  Exchanges depend on stock availability.   
• Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we’ll send your new item out.

 
💸 Returns & Refunds

Prefer a return? We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees.              
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for lost return parcels.

💔 Faulty or Incorrect Items

Sorry! If something arrived damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@neverland-boutique.store within 3 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out quickly and with care.
