Where are you products made?

All Neverland Boutiques products are
designed or sourced by us. We work together with local artisans in India to
produce our designs.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are lovingly packed and shipped
from our boutique in Koh Lanta, Thailand.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping fees
and delivery times vary based on your location and weight of each product.

How long does shipping take?

We process and order in 2 business days.
Thailand orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders
can take 7–14 business days depending on the destination and time of the year.
A tracking number is provided once your order is on its way. Neverland does not
take responsibility for any delays due to customs or the courier delays.

What is your exchange or return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items
within 21 days of delivery. Contact us at XX to start the return process.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I care for my clothes?

We recommend hand washing or putting your
item in a laundry bag and using a gentle cycle with cold water, then air drying
not in direct sun. This helps preserve the natural fabrics and flowy shapes of
your garments.

Are your clothes handmade?

Yes, our pieces are handmade and made in
small batches, supporting local artisans. Every item is created with care and
intention.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email
with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal,
and other secure payment methods at checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?
